Forgot to add timewarp to main build file.  Done now.

fixed ndis_u in devel.  moved a bunch of old stuff out of the build.
now, everything builds.. still need more testing and a few more patches
rearranged the packet type numbers

fixed flooding?  untested...

ported over blacklisting.

(see source with comment in main re. problem with using sim_path() result
too far from the call)

also fixed a problem with blacklisting that resulted from the lack of
neighbor refresh -- in very stable networks linkstats would get stuck
with values of 0 because changes in linkstats don't cause notification
of the neighbor list.

one option would be to notify whenever linkstats changed "significantly"
for example in neighbors, keeping a copy of the last version notified,
and comparing to determine when to renotify.

for the time being i simply added a 10-second refresh into the
neighbors library (a one-line change) that covers this and various
other eventualities, at least partially.  this means that in my
tests on udp, blacklisting prevents traffic for the first 10 sec or
so.

Major commit!!

The new Link Interface has been committed.  Too long to explain all the
details, please take a look at link/include/link.h for detail
explanation of the new interface.

Two modules, linkstatsd and udpd have been modified to make use of the
new interface.  Take a look at them for examples.

A new linkstats-tab in the link/examples/linkstats directory has been
committed to show the new command line arguments.

The BUILD files have also been committed to prevent old code that is not
compliant to the new interface from being compiled (with errors).  Jeremy
and Lew will start working on all the modules to convert them to the new
API.  If you wrote a module, you should try to convert it in order to
distributed the effort.

changed regression test order

Took out segment in command_dev_open that kills a command-device if
a usage call-back is instantiated, but returns a NULL pointer.

Added code to fusdd_client.c - in order to create a :
dev/fusd/net device which accepts commands to connect to remote hosts.
Once it creates a socket and connection, it creates a new packet-device
(the name is provided in the connection call to the cmd-device)
which accepts commands to the host and will automatically send whatever
is written to the packet-device to the remote host.

Added code to emtos to translate dbg commands in TinyOS to elog commands.

Added the first regression test - one to make sure FUSD is installed

Added a new directory called sensors for sensor-control related code.
Added an example sensor-dev that uses the weather station -
wind_client requests wind-related samples from the weather station, and
wind_dev reads wind-related samples from the weather station (over
the serial interface) and pushes these onto the ring-buffer using
sensor-dev.
The interface for wind_client is very similar to echocat - this
is because the code is heavily based on echocat.

Fixed usage in sensor_dev so that when a device is cat'd incorrectly -
it will print the usage information to the buf instead of printing
it to stderr.

Cleaned up sensor dev code, and tested it, and got rid of all memory leaks.

Added a sample_clock to the ringBuff - still need to change the interface
to be in terms of samples.

Added some stuff to support the NIMS project, and some more useful stuff
to libdev.

In libdev:

* frame_processor event.  This event is designed to support typical framed
  serial protocols.  It should be easily extended to replace code in things
  like hostmote and most sensor and actuator serial link protocols.
  coupled with this is fake_serial.c which is an event designed to support
  the construction of "simulators" for regression testing of said framed
  serial protocols.

  frame processor supports start and end framing sequences, and configurabale
  length fields.  as we integrate it in other factored modules we may find it
  useful to add crc support, and more kinds of length field.

a new skeletons directory has been created.  this is a repository for various
sample code, etc.

some sample code has been added there that pertains to the nims project, a
sample motor controller driver, and a simulated motor module.  (note that
the simulated motor driver does not yet have a concept of a "world model",
and is not a simulation component as such as nims will not initially have
more than one node, hence limited utility in the emstar simulator as it is
normally used..)

some changes to emproxy and emview

* fixed a minor bug with zero length data reads in emproxy
* improved error messages for format problems in emproxy
* added colormap support to emview
* added voronoi viz support to emview

started adding the gui code to emview

new "emproxy" tool.

* this runs as part of emsim, and also is intended to run on nodes
themselves (both real and simulated).  it enables clients to
contact the nodes and retrieve reports back in real time.

* there is a client library

* there is an example of using the client library called rechocat,
which is a remote version of echocat

Added topo_ctl (topology control) directory

build the motenic (yes, virginia, there is a santa claus)

a routing directory has been added
