added support for running emproxy over a link device directly (rather
than using ip connnector etc).  for now, emproxy defaults to use flood
(until we can find a better solution to this)

new "emproxy" tool.

* this runs as part of emsim, and also is intended to run on nodes
themselves (both real and simulated).  it enables clients to
contact the nodes and retrieve reports back in real time.

* there is a client library

* there is an example of using the client library called rechocat,
which is a remote version of echocat

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
